Overview
Fleet Painting & Graphics
A fleet that has been repainted piecemeal over ten years reads as exactly that. Colour drifts between units, decals age differently, and the whole fleet starts to look tired even when the equipment is sound.
We work to a documented colour standard so every unit that passes through us comes out matching, whether it arrives this month or in two years' time.
What this service covers
- Complete tractor, trailer and vocational unit resprays
- Fleet colour standardisation and documented colour records
- Cab, hood, fairing and panel refinishing
- Vinyl lettering, numbering and full livery application
- DOT numbers, NSC numbers and regulatory markings
- Decal removal, surface correction and re-application
- Chassis, tank and wheel refinishing
- New-unit branding before the truck enters service
Consistency across a fleet
The value of a fleet standard is that it survives staff changes and supplier changes. We record the exact formulation, the process and the layout for your fleet and keep it on file, so unit forty-one matches unit three even though they were painted years apart.
That record also speeds up repair work. When a unit comes in with a damaged panel, we already know the colour and the layout, which removes a day of matching and measuring from the job.
Preparation is the whole job
On heavy equipment the failure point is almost never the topcoat — it is what was underneath it. Road film, diesel residue, salt, old failing coatings and surface corrosion all defeat a new finish within a season if they are not removed.
We prepare to the condition of the unit, up to and including full media blasting where the surface demands it, and we will tell you when a unit needs that rather than quietly painting over the problem.
Regulatory markings
Commercial vehicles in Alberta carry mandated identification, and getting it wrong is an avoidable roadside problem. We apply carrier names, NSC and DOT numbering, unit numbers and any hazard or capacity markings your operation requires, in the sizes and positions the regulations call for.

Heavy Truck & Fleet FAQ
Questions about fleet painting & graphics
If yours is not here, call the shop — somebody who works on the vehicles will answer it.
Can you match our existing fleet colours?
Yes — and once we have matched it we record the formulation so every future unit matches too, rather than drifting a shade each time.
Do you remove old decals?
Yes, including the adhesive residue and any ghosting left in the finish underneath. Where the paint beneath has aged around the old decal, we will tell you whether the panel needs refinishing to look right.
Can you brand new units before they go into service?
Absolutely, and it is the cheapest time to do it. Send them to us on delivery and they enter service already in fleet colours and fully marked.
