Does an estimate cost anything?
No. Estimates are free whether you send photos or bring the vehicle in, and there is no obligation to book the work.
Do I need to open my insurance claim first?
It helps but it is not required. We can give you an estimate either way, and we can talk you through whether claiming makes sense once you can see the number.
Can you give me a price from photos alone?
We can give you a realistic range. A firm figure usually needs the vehicle in front of us, because hidden damage behind a bumper or inside a panel is the single most common reason an estimate changes.
How soon can you start?
That depends on the work and the time of year — hail season fills every shop in the city at once. We will tell you our honest earliest date when we send the estimate.
