Who we are
Most repair facilities pick a lane. We run both.
Passenger collision shops are built around insurance work and volume. Heavy truck shops are built around downtime and equipment. Running both takes more space, more equipment and more range from the people doing the work — which is exactly why relatively few places do it.
We do it because our customers do not divide neatly. A civil contractor has a fleet of trucks, a few trailers, a handful of service vehicles and a family car. A hail storm hits all of them in the same fifteen minutes. Sending them to three different shops and managing three separate claims is nobody’s idea of a good week.
Two divisions, one building, one standard — and one person you can actually get on the phone.
The two sides
What each division actually does
Same building and the same standard of documentation — but the work is measured differently on each side.
| Collision & Autobody | Heavy Truck & Fleet | |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicles | Cars, SUVs, light trucks and vans | Tractors, trailers, buses, vocational equipment |
| Measured by | Finish quality and a correct, safe repair | Days back on the road |
| Core work | Collision, refinishing, dent, glass, structure | Collision, frame, blasting, paint, livery |
| Paperwork | Full insurance claim handling | Insurer authorisation or internal PO process |
| Ongoing | Lifetime workmanship warranty | Scheduled programs and priority booking |
How we work
Three things customers keep mentioning
They are also the three things we work hardest at, and they are the reason people come back with the second vehicle.
Being clear about money
Estimates are itemised — parts and labour separated, photographs of what we found attached. Where an insurer authorises something different from what we recommend, you get the difference in writing before anything is decided on your behalf.
Doing the measured work properly
Structural repairs are compared against manufacturer dimensions, pulled back within tolerance and re-measured, with the report going into your file. Vehicles with cameras and radar are scanned and recalibrated.
Telling you what is happening
You should not have to phone the shop to find out whether your vehicle is ready. You hear from us at authorisation, at any change to the date, and when the work is done.
What that looks like on paper
Everything below goes into the file you take away at collection.
- Itemised written estimate
- Photographs of the damage found
- Before-and-after measurement report
- Pre- and post-repair scan reports
- Parts documentation and warranties
- Workmanship warranty in writing

Of structural repairs measured and documented
Built for here
Alberta is unusually hard on vehicles
Hail season can dimple every horizontal panel in a city in a quarter of an hour. Winter brings salt, brine and freeze-thaw cycling that finds every weak edge in a coating. Chinooks strip gravel across the highways and take the front off a bumper.
A coating applied over contamination fails in a single season here, and a structural repair without proper corrosion protection rusts from the inside out three winters later. Neither of those shows up on hand-back day, which is exactly why they have to be non-negotiable.
Why it changes the work
- Corrosion protection after structural repair is standard, not an upsell
- Surface preparation goes as far as media blasting when condition demands it
- Hail capacity is held through the summer, because it hits everyone at once
- Finishes are chosen for freeze-thaw cycling, not showroom photos
Where you fit
Come and see the shop
If you are an individual with a damaged vehicle, you get a shop that will handle your insurer, explain your options and give you your car back properly finished.
If you run vehicles for a living, you get a shop that treats downtime as a cost and can take the whole fleet — trucks, trailers, equipment and the pickup — under one account.
