Insurance Claims
We deal directly with all major Canadian insurers — writing the estimate, submitting supplements and following up on authorisations so you are not managing your own claim.
The short version
- Shop choice
- Yours, by law in Alberta
- Estimates
- Free and written
- Settlement
- Direct with your insurer
- You pay
- Your deductible
How it works
A claim is a sequence, and every gap costs you a day
Most people deal with one collision claim a decade. We deal with them daily, which is the entire argument for letting us carry the administrative side.
Open the claim
Call your insurer or use their app. You do not need to have chosen a shop yet.
Get the estimate
Bring the vehicle to us or send photos. We write it in the format adjusters work in.
Authorisation
The insurer approves the scope. Nothing is ordered until it is, and you see it first.
Repair and settle
Supplements submitted as needed. They settle directly with us; you pay your deductible.
Worth knowing
In Alberta you choose the repair shop
Your insurer may recommend a facility from their network, and there are genuine practical advantages to those arrangements. But the choice belongs to the vehicle owner, and a recommendation is not a requirement.
What matters is whether the shop will write the repair the vehicle actually needs, submit the evidence for it, and stand behind the work afterwards. We are happy to be measured on all three.
Have this ready
- Policy number and claim number
- Date, time and location of the incident
- Photographs taken in daylight
- Police file number, if one was issued
