• Vehicle information — year, make, model, unit number, licence plate and vehicle identification number where required for a repair or a claim.
• Claim information — insurer name, claim number, adjuster contact and policy details where you ask us to deal with your insurer on your behalf.
• Repair records — photographs, estimates, measurement and scan reports, parts records and invoices relating to work carried out.
• Website information — pages visited and general technical information such as browser type and approximate region, collected in aggregate.

3. Why we collect it

We collect personal information only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances: to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, carry out and warrant repair work, deal with your insurer where you have asked us to, invoice you, and keep the records we are required to keep.

By submitting a form on this website, emailing us or authorising repair work, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service or support an active claim.

We share personal information only where necessary to deliver the service you have asked for:

• Your insurance company, adjuster or appraiser, where you have asked us to handle a claim
• Parts suppliers and sublet service providers involved in your repair
• Payment processors handling a transaction you have initiated
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not disclose it for marketing purposes by third parties.

6. Retention and security

Repair and claim records are retained for as long as necessary to honour our warranty, meet legal and tax obligations, and support any future dispute. We use reasonable physical, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and information is sent to us at your own risk.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some site functionality.

8. Your rights
